TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a Petition presented to the Supreme Court of Bermuda on the 5th March 2025, the Registrar made a Receiving Order against Myron Simmons on the 10th April 2025.

NOTE:  All debts due to the estate should be paid to the Official Receiver.
