 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Hugh Southey, KC, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 10^th April 2026 for the below specified matter:
