The Government is seeking proposal from qualified firms to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

This program is intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being.

The Government of Bermuda continues to believe that it is mutually beneficial to its employees, their immediate family members and the Government as an employer to provide, as a free benefit to its employees, access to a full-service employee assistance programme. Therefore, the Government seeks a qualified service provider who can provide a comprehensive employee assistance programme to its employees and immediate family members.

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Government, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

Proposals should be submitted in a sealed package and prominently marked with the RFP title and number (see RFP cover) and do not be opened until Wednesday May 20, 2026 05:00:00 PM. The full legal name and return address of the proponent should be marked on the package as well.
