IP Telephony System Support

The Bermuda Police Service (hereafter know as "BPS") is seeking a service provider to support its IP Telephony System.  This IP Telephony System includes the support of 911 emergency services which requires 24/7/365 uptime and on-call service support.  

The successful proponent will be required to support the following system configuration:

Cisco Unified Communications Services System comprising of the following Applications and Devices:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cluster

• Cisco Unity Connection Cluster 

The Provision of Excavator Services at the Airport Waste Management Facility

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for The Provision of Excavator Services at the Airport Waste Management Facility, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

Fort George Hill Communications Building

The Government of Bermuda is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to construct a masonry enclosure around and above the existing communications structure at Fort George Hill Communications Tower.

Acquisition of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus

The Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service (BF&RS) invites interested and qualified parties to submit a request for proposal for seventy-six (76) open circuit, Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (S.C.B.A.) and related components. The new S.C.B.A. system will replace the Fire & Rescue Services existing Avon (I.S.1) S.C.B.A.s and encompass a turn-key solution by providing the BFR&S with a new S.C.B.A. system that meets current and future equipment needs, both reliably and functionally.

Office Cleaning

It is important to note that the successful respondent's employees must comply with safety, health and security requirements and will require security clearance and, where applicable, work permits. It is also important to note the Department of Human Resources (DHR) will be looking for a solution that takes into account, where practical, the environmental impact of cleaning materials used.

A Web Application For Boats and Moorings Registration

Marine and Ports (MAP) need to implement a web solution that integrates with a database. The solution must be a user-friendly web solution accessible via the internet and internal Government network that allows registered users to re-register their boat(s), mooring(s), pylon(s) and floating dock(s) and pay registration fees online. The solution will should also provide certain Boats and Moorings staff the ability to perform back-end administration task i.e. run reports, change fees, etc.

New Security Fence (Westgate)

The Department of Corrections is proposing to have a 10' high, chain-link security fence erected 10' inside of the existing perimeter wall. The proposed fence will comprise of security grade galvanized chain-link fencing and 9 gauge galvanized poles.
